The approach
Created an industry-relative score using liquidity, leverage, profitability, coverage, and cash-flow indicators. Compared three predictive models on a time-based holdout.
Stress testing
Tested interest-rate, unemployment, revenue, and interest-expense shocks to explore financial resilience. Reported results are from synthetic data.
